Alyssa Lozano

BIOGRAPHY

Alyssa Lozano is a mother of 5 and wife, owner of multiple businesses & real estate developer & investor. Alyssa had two children by the age of 19. At a young age, she realized that real estate created wealth & at the age of 19, Alyssa purchased her first investment property. Over the course of 14 years, Alyssa continued purchasing Value-Add properties in under-served areas, where she both held and sold these properties. Alyssa’s goal has always been to provide luxury affordable housing to under-served communities.

In her early 20s, Alyssa worked as a social worker in an urban and under-served community. It was there she realized that to irradiate many of the societal and socio-economic issues in these communities, providing resources for wealth building were vital. As she continued her real estate career, she ensured she balanced her portfolio and services in the community to not only provide affordable housing options but provide her own resources to bringing others into wealth building circles.

At the age of 26, Alyssa began working full-time for the National Security Agency (NSA), a US Intelligence agency. While balancing being a mother, full-time employee, managing her properties- she decided to open a property management company in Maryland (www.threepillarsproperties.com). This is where she realized the profit margin of multi-family properties.

In 2019, at the age of 31, Alyssa, purchased a 19-unit value-add apartment complex and went on to purchase several more. Some she renovated & rented out and others she sold. Her most recent sold multi-family was sold to an investor that benefited from the educational services that Alyssa provided.

For the next decade, she expanded upon real estate- building homes, flipping homes, flipping land, owning and running a brokerage. Throughout her successes, she wanted to give back to the community of those that are experiencing trauma (her first career field). In 2019, Alyssa began operating residential treatment centers and in 2023, Alyssa opened a RTC in Texas.

Additionally, Alyssa began a non-profit that provides employment skills, job readiness skills and trade skills as it relates to real estate to those exiting incarceration.

Alyssa made the decision to commit 75% of her time to social work/community needs from 2023-2027 as a way to give back and create organizations that have substantial impact on the community.

Alyssa completed a PhD in Criminology (ABD), Master’s in Management of Information System/Cyber Security, Master’s in Public Administration and a Bachelor’s in Criminal Justice.
